For a long time, my life felt like one giant juggle. Between school runs, nap schedules that never quite lined up, and a kitchen that seemed permanently messy, I felt completely drained. I was exhausted, carrying a heavy weight of mom-guilt, and honestly, I felt totally disconnected from my own body.
Everything changed when I stopped aiming for 'perfect.' I started embracing small, realistic shifts—ten minutes of movement while the kids played, simple nourishing meals that didn't take an hour to prep, and a mindset shift that prioritized grace over grit. Slowly, I started to feel strong and proud again.
I created FitMom Reset because I know you're in the thick of it, too. This is a safe, shame-free space designed for real mom life. No perfection required—just a place to reset, breathe, and find your strength again, right in the middle of the chaos.
